Donations
The North Melbourne Football Club is proud to support non-profit and charitable organisations. Our club recognises the community and each year the Kangaroos assist a variety of Australian charities with donations of signed Memorabilia.
Due to the volume of donation requests we receive, the North Melbourne Football Club have implemented a formal policy for fulfilling the requests when possible.
While the Club endeavors to provide support to the community, we are unable to successfully fulfill every request due to the high demand the club receives. Under some circumstances organisations will have the opportunity to purchase a signed item.
Please note that club does not generally fulfill private requests for signed merchandise. All members and supporters are encouraged to attend training where players may be available to sign.
If your organisation is interested in a donation please adhere to the below criteria and the club will respond to your correspondence within four weeks of receiving your request.
Charity/non-profit organisation fundraising requests
• All requests must be in writing and must include the following:
- Organisation’s/Company’s name, postal address, and logo (letterhead is preferred)
- The name and date of the event
- You must advise where the fundraising proceeds will go
- Please inform of any promotion that North Melbourne will receive – ie: Logo usage
- Please include your organisation/fundraising mission statement
The letter must be signed by the Chairman, President, CEO or Secretary of the Charity or non-profit organisation.
• Each organisation is limited to one signed donation each year, allowing the club to assist other organisations
• Requests for monetary donations and sponsorship are not accepted
• North Melbourne does not accept any merchandise sent to us for signing. All items will be returned to the addressee unsigned (alternatively you can attend an open training session training where the players may be able to sign)
• Due to the high number of requests, please allow up to four (4) weeks processing time after receiving the request

Appearances
The North Melbourne Football Club is committed to the community and prides itself on our involvement in our local communities.
A majority of the club’s visits are focused on local community groups including youth, aged care and community awareness programs.
North Melbourne is committed to growing our involvement and relations within the community. The North Melbourne Football Club players make themselves available to the community through the club's Community Programs.

Because of the club's increasing community involvement, appearance requests are only accepted from charity, non-profit or junior sporting organisations.
The club does not organise any private player visits (ie birthday parties, weddings). Members and supporters are asked to contact player managers for any such requests.
If your organisation is interested in requesting an appearance please adhere to the below criteria and the club will respond to your correspondence within four weeks of receiving your request.
