Q – Can I buy a pledge if I am an interstate member?
A – Yes, provided you reside outside Victoria and have a Roo Crew ($80) or higher-value membership you can purchase and activate a Pledge.

Q – Do I have to pay the pledge amount each year or just in 2012?
A – It is a one-off payment in 2012. The rights last for five years, but there is only one payment required.

Q- How does the guaranteed grand final ticket access work?
A- In the event North Melbourne is involved in the finals series, pre-registration for a Grand Final ticket through the appropriate ticketing agency will be required to be able to access a Grand Final ticket (should North Melbourne participate). Information on this will be communicated to members closer to the AFL Finals Series.
The following priority on Grand Final ticket access to members would apply:
1. NMFC Premiership Club, Schimma Platinum Club, Archer’s Legends Club, Brady Rawlings Club, 50+ Consecutive Year members and Premiership Pledge Contributors will be guaranteed access to purchase a ticket.
2. Social Club GA & premium reserved seat holders will have second priority access to purchase a ticket.
3. Should tickets remain after the above ticket sales; tickets will be made available to Season Ticket members.

Q- I have purchased a Premiership Pledge. Do I have to buy a membership each year?
A- To purchase a Premiership Pledge, the applicant must hold a North Melbourne Football Club membership with a minimum requirement of a 3 game season ticket.
To be eligible for Guaranteed Grand Final ticket access (should North Melbourne participate) in years 2013-2016 a membership with a minimum requirement of a 3 game season ticket must be purchased by April 30 each year to activate the access.

Q – If I am an AFL Member with NMFC club support, does this membership count towards my Pledge GF access?  
A – Yes.

Q – Does owning a Pledge mean I will get a free GF ticket if NMFC compete in a Grand Final?
A – Owning a Pledge means that you have guaranteed access to purchase a GF ticket at its face value, which is set by the AFL each year. So you will still have to pay for the ticket, however the pledge ensures you have guaranteed access to this purchase.

Q – If I currently have a Membership with guaranteed GF access, can I still buy a pledge?
A – Yes. By buying a pledge you now have access to two GF tickets.
The tickets would be located together, subject to availability.
You don’t need two memberships, the club will grant you a complimentary membership for the Pledge purchase in the event the club makes the GF.

Q – If NMFC makes two Grand Finals do I have to buy another Pledge to access a Grand Final ticket?
A – No, the big advantage of this product is that you are buying access for a five year period, if we make the Grand final at any time during that period (including replays) you will have access to purchase a GF ticket, assuming you are an NMFC member by April 30 of that year.

Q – How do I access the other benefits that come with my Pledge?
A – The timing of all other benefits (tour of Aegis park, photo day with players, dinners, jumpers etc. will be confirmed directly to all Pledge contributors in May 2012. It is important that you enter all of your contact information on the payment page so we can communicate this to you.
A – All benefits other than the Pledge and those exclusive to the ‘Royal Blue’ Pledge are for 2012 only. E.g. there is not a raffle each year from 2012 – 2016.

Q – Can I buy more than one Pledge?
A – Yes. You can buy a maximum of eight (8) Pledges.
A – You are not required to purchase eight individual memberships, you will have to buy one membership for each name associated with the pledge.
E.g. If Mr Smith is a member and buys a Pledge for himself and one in the name of his wife, he will need to buy two memberships each year (minimum 3 game membership).
E.g. If Mr Smith is a Schimma Member and already has GF access and still buys two Pledges, one in his name and one in his wife’s name, he will need to buy two memberships each year (min 3 game).
E.g. If Mr Smith is a member and buys two additional pledges in his name he only needs to purchase one membership each year. However the only name recognised at the game, scoreboard, lap of the stadium, ect will be Mr Smith.

Q – When will the raffle be drawn, what sort of car is it?
A – All raffle information will be published in early 2012.
A – The raffle will be drawn at or after the Debt Reduction game v Fremantle

Q – Why was the final home game against Fremantle chosen as the Debt Reduction game?
A – The Debt reduction campaign “Box On - Invest in Success” will conclude in August.
A – To allow for as many names to be put on the Debt Reduction jumper, we needed to have the relevant Debt Reduction game as late as possible in the year.

Q – Will the Debt Reduction jumper be available to purchase?
A – Yes it will be available through the Roo Shop after the Fremantle game. Contact the Roo Shop via merchandise@kangaroos.com.au to pre-order.

Q – I am not a NMFC member but want to buy the Pledge for a friend who is a NMFC member. Is this possible?
A – Yes this is available, the only issue will be the relevant friend will need to be a NMFC member in each year to activate the Pledge.

Q - Can I make a Premiership Pledge or a donation through my ABN, business or family trust?
A - Contact Chief Operating Officer Cam Vale on pp@kangaroos.com.au

Q – Is the Pledge tax deductible?
A – No. However this can be confirmed with your Tax accountant.

Q – I only want to donate $20, is this possible?
A – Yes and this can be done directly at the club or via kangaroos.com.au

Q – I only want to donate $50 or an amount over $50 but less than $300, is this possible?
A – Yes and this can be done directly at the club or via kangaroos.com.au and you will receive a ticket in the Mazda raffle.

Q – Will raffle tickets be sent out to Pledge Contributors?
A – No. Once you have made your donation or Pledge, your name will be recorded and entered into the raffle automatically. Results will be published on kangaroos.com.au and communicated to all Pledge holders.

Q – I would like to make an anonymous donation/Pledge. Is this possible?
